Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and changing linens
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet brand standards
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality sector
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
