Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Strip and make beds, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces according to established protocols.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with the front desk and management team.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required for shift work.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
