Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are presented to the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain open communication with the front desk and management team.
- Follow strict safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture immediately to the engineering/maintenance team.
- Organize linens, towels, and laundry according to hotel standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders and requests.
