Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, room keys, and local recommendations.
- Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby, hallways, and common areas to high standards.
- Communication: Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation and amenities restocking.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
