Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to ensure a healthy environment.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners with clean bags.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all linens are clean and folded.
- Organize clutter and maintain a neat appearance in living and work areas.
- Follow detailed checklists and safety protocols provided by management.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert up to 25 lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
