Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to a high standard.
- Restocking: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock amenities in guest rooms and common areas.
- Trash Management: Empty trash bins and replace liners in all assigned areas daily.
- Inspection: Perform thorough walkthroughs to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the property management team immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between job sites efficiently.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for following instructions and communicating with staff.
