Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including hallways and lobby.
- Sanitize bathrooms, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked and neatly arranged.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in all assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's uniform policy.
- Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid identification and legal right to work in the United States.
