Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and presentable.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Organize storage areas and manage cleaning equipment efficiently.
- Adhere to the specific shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
