Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive action
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future trend analyses or innovation frameworks
