Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future workforce transformation
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Manage a $5M annual innovation fund for experimental projects
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Mentor a team of 10+ futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with academic institutions and tech labs
- Published author or speaker at Davos, SXSW, or similar forums
- Proficiency in Python, Tableau, and AI-driven analytics tools
