Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Present innovation initiatives to C-suite and board stakeholders for funding approval
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental excellence
- Measure and report KPIs on innovation pipeline ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets $1M+
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic innovation frameworks and successful implementations
