- Analyze future scenarios and build strategic contingency plans
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, climate tech, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or futures studies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation-led transformations
