Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and climate-tech domains
- Identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic priorities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for next-gen technology adoption
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for sustainable technological advancement
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Innovation preferred
