Job Description
Are you ready to architect the intelligence of tomorrow? Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Lead Agentic AI Engineer to spearhead the development of autonomous systems for the 2026 era.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between Generative AI and autonomous decision-making. You won't just be building chatbots; you will be building self-sustaining agents capable of complex reasoning, multi-step planning, and autonomous execution in dynamic environments.
Join our elite research division and help define the standard for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Develop frameworks for autonomous agents to perform complex task decomposition and multi-step reasoning.
- Optimize inference latency and memory efficiency for edge deployment in 2026 environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous agents into enterprise workflows.
- Publish cutting-edge research and contribute to open-source projects in the AI community.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI autonomy and self-improvement capabilities.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems, specifically with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
