Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for the autonomous era. As we look toward the capabilities of 2026, our mission is to engineer intelligent agents that can reason, act, and solve complex problems independently. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Agent Architect to spearhead our Research and Development division.
In this role, you will move beyond simple chatbots. You will architect the nervous system of autonomous agents capable of executing multi-step workflows, interacting with real-world APIs, and making high-stakes decisions in real-time. If you want to define the standard for Artificial General Intelligence in the near future, this is your opportunity to lead the charge.
Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Workflows: Design scalable, secure architectures for autonomous agents that can collaborate, negotiate, and execute complex tasks across distributed systems.
- LLM Orchestration: Build and maintain advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure agents have access to precise, real-time context.
- Tool Use & API Integration: Bridge the gap between Large Language Models and external enterprise tools, enabling agents to perform physical and digital actions (e.g., booking, coding, analyzing).
- Prompt Engineering & Alignment: Develop advanced prompting strategies and fine-tune models to ensure alignment with safety protocols and ethical guidelines.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor agent performance, reduce latency, and improve reasoning accuracy through rigorous A/B testing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Frameworks: Proficiency in agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- System Design: Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related technical field.
