Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for Large Language Models and multimodal AI applications.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance reasoning capabilities.
- MLOps & Cloud Architecture: Oversee the deployment pipeline, ensuring robust CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure as code practices on AWS or GCP.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into market-defining AI features.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Programming: Strong scripting skills in Go or Rust for high-performance backend services.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
