Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for integrating next-generation LLMs with real-time predictive analytics.
- Prototype Advanced Models: Design and implement novel neural network architectures capable of handling high-dimensional data streams in real-time.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern microservices, optimizing for sub-millisecond latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for algorithmic transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Mentor and Inspire: Build and lead a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully delivering on ambitious roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-stakes problems with creative, scalable solutions.
