Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for large-scale production environments.
- Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Oversee the MLOps lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, and continuous integration.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
