What You Will Do:

- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's technology roadmap, identifying key trends and innovations for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI agents, neural interfaces, autonomous systems) to determine their feasibility for product integration.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that support long-term business goals and rapid scaling.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of engineers and researchers in proof-of-concept initiatives, driving the lab-to-market transition for new tech.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executives, securing buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and API design.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies early, with a portfolio of successful implementation of future-forward solutions.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
