Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize next-generation Neural Network inference engines for edge devices.
- Lead the integration of Quantum-ready algorithms into our existing AI infrastructure.
- Define technical standards and best practices for scalable machine learning systems.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
