Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable neural network architectures capable of operating in decentralized environments.
- Pioneering R&D: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal agents, and predictive quantum algorithms.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and define coding standards, ensuring best practices in software engineering and AI model deployment.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into legacy systems and bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource consumption for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech: Experience with edge computing, Web3 integration, or reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
