Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategy and long-term technical vision for the organization.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems at scale.
