Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Solutions: Design and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI pipelines using state-of-the-art Transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Multi-Agent frameworks and reinforcement learning to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance inference systems for both cloud and edge environments, maximizing throughput and minimizing latency.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems seamlessly.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer models, fine-tuning methodologies, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
