Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput inference at scale.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and ethicists to ensure responsible AI development.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model evaluation, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and generative adversarial networks.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
