Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term research strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on LLMs and multimodal AI.
- Lead a high-performance team of research scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into market-ready products.
- Publish high-impact papers and patents in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) to establish thought leadership.
- Oversee the infrastructure and architecture for large-scale model training and deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading AI research teams or advanced research roles at top-tier tech companies.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing influential research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and the practical challenges of scaling AI models in production environments.
