Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and lead the execution of the company's long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Resource Allocation: Make high-level decisions regarding technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and budget distribution.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategy role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and pivot technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
