Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 autonomous agent ecosystem, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating large-scale language models (LLMs) with real-time decision-making engines.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Drive the implementation of microservices and containerization strategies using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Optimize system performance, reducing latency and computational costs for inference workloads.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and scalability across the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ with a strong preference for experience in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of designing high-scale distributed systems capable of handling millions of requests per second.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
