- Design and deploy scalable, next-generation Machine Learning models for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to achieve the 2026 product roadmap milestones.
- Integrate hardware-software interfaces to optimize real-time neural feedback loops.
- Establish architectural standards for ethical AI, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Conduct R&D into Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and neuromorphic computing architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI.
