- Lead Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI models and autonomous workflows into core business processes to drive efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR) while pushing the envelope on zero-trust architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and large-scale system design.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
- Future-Tech Fluency: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, edge computing, or blockchain technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead diverse engineering teams, manage conflicting priorities, and drive project delivery under tight deadlines.
