As a key player in our Future Tech division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, scalable engineering solutions. You will be responsible for architecting systems that are not only robust today but capable of evolving into the sophisticated ecosystems required for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks designed for autonomous decision-making in high-stakes environments.
- Lead the integration of quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols into core infrastructure.
- Oversee the optimization of global edge networks to ensure zero-latency data processing by 2026.
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and ensure algorithmic transparency.
- Prototype and validate cutting-edge generative AI models for enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
