Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical patterns
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges in AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy, R&D pipelines, and investment decisions
- Curate and deliver high-impact thought leadership presentations at global forums and board retreats
- Establish a proprietary foresight framework using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists while fostering a culture of radical curiosity
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership with demonstrable impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of publishing seminal research on future trends in journals like Future Studies Quarterly or Harvard Business Review
- Exceptional command of scenario planning methodologies, system dynamics modeling, and trend analysis
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-vision projects with measurable ROI or societal impact
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., Polaris Horizon, Trend Monitor) and data visualization platforms
