Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscape
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners including startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and influence strategic decision-making
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs testing emerging technologies and business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience in C-level stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing R&D portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario planning tools
