Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ horizon
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Develop predictive models and trend intelligence frameworks for executive decision-making
- Present strategic futures to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Champion human-centered design principles in all strategic foresight initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic innovation implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
