Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2035 technology horizons
- Analyze global megatrends in AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy experts
- Translate future insights into product development roadmaps and business strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight program)
