Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Initiative 2026, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicating complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic operations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale initiatives from ideation to completion.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in the San Francisco Bay Area or similar tech hubs is highly desirable.
