Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or quantum computing research.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
