Responsibilities
- Architect and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, product managers, and security experts.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated experience implementing quantum-safe cryptographic protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
