Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized concierge services including reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations
- Anticipate guest needs proactively and resolve inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Manage VIP requests including event tickets, private tours, and exclusive access to NYC attractions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NYC's dining, arts, shopping, and cultural offerings
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge or guest relations experience
- Extensive knowledge of NYC attractions, dining, and cultural events
- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual abilities strongly preferred
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative solutions for complex guest requests
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio) and reservation platforms
- Valid NYC driver's license preferred for occasional errand runs
