Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation
- Manage P&L responsibilities with focus on revenue optimization and cost control
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Forge strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners
- Drive innovation in guest experiences and service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in luxury hospitality leadership, including 5+ years as General Manager
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Deep knowledge of Chicago's hospitality market and competitive landscape
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- CHIA or CHA certification preferred
