Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for management
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Perform daily audits of front desk systems and point-of-sale transactions
- Ensure all areas remain secure, clean, and compliant with hotel policies
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required, night shift preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta area attractions and services
