Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts and cash handling procedures
- Overnight security monitoring and incident documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Generate daily financial reports and audit logs
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Maryland driver's license (for emergency response)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
