Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation including processing guest payments, managing credit card transactions, and balancing daily reports
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests with personalized service excellence
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations following hotel protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests and facility issues
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with discretion and professionalism
- Generate daily financial reports and prepare for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or night audit operations
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
