Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols for high-touch surfaces and guest spaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend property transitions
- Complete detailed inspection checklists before shift completion
- Maintain professional communication with property managers and residents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional holiday availability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
