We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless overnight operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This vital role combines financial reconciliation with personalized service in our vibrant downtown location.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions using hotel management software
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late-night guests with efficiency and warmth
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and conduct property patrols every 2 hours
- Prepare daily reports for management team review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
- Tennessee driver's license (for property patrols)
