Responsibilities
- Perform daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Execute accurate nightly financial reconciliations and generate daily reports
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for readiness
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols throughout the shift
- Train and mentor new staff on overnight procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera property management system
- Exceptional attention to detail in financial reconciliation tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities during high-pressure situations
- Valid Washington state food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
