Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Oversee daily reconciliation of accounts and financial reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and emergencies with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash management and POS system troubleshooting
- Conduct property security rounds and incident documentation
- Prepare executive reports for morning management team
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New York State Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions
- Excellent command of English; multilingual a plus
