Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm and professional service
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including room cleaning and sanitization
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins and guest inquiries
- Support food and beverage services in our hotel restaurant and bar
- Maintain clean and organized public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior hospitality experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
