Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and daily financial transactions
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals/early departures with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and building safety protocols throughout the shift
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
