Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and process payments efficiently
- Prepare daily revenue reports and reconcile accounts
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless operations
- Perform daily audits of cash, credit, and electronic transactions
- Prepare hotel for next day's operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for hotel errands)
