Responsibilities
- Manage all nightly front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and payment processing
- Balance daily financial transactions and generate accurate reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
- Oversee valet services and parking operations
- Maintain meticulous records of guest requests and incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
